We offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Before returning any goods, customers must contact us by email to notify us of the return and to arrange acceptance of the items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-order items are non-refundable, unless found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for return transport costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
